The new airport security measures that are introduced by the U.S. government is already under fire. Full body pat-downs, extra baggage checks and body scan required have all been proposed. This is a response to the foiled attack on an airliner in the United States at Christmas, but have been criticized as overtly political response to the attempt. While the effect is global, it will be felt by the citizens of Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria, all equipped with "state sponsors of terrorism." Thoseconnected to 10 other countries from the United States as "interesting" means, such as Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan can expect special treatment. Washington's decision has complaints of anti-discrimination groups, the response of President Obama to security threats amount to little more than turned on racial profiling say.
