The story of a group of misfits who end up misunderstanding about the respective backgrounds in a series of chaotic and comic results. Aftab Shivdasani (rheas) and Rimi Sen (Anjali) play two strangers who have done that a couple to have a place to live. Paresh Rawal (Radheysham Tiwari) plays a rich and still land on earth, a businessman, whose business is the name of his wife (Shoma Anand) Anjali. Akshaye Khanna (Jeetu) plays a young man, a new company in electronic formatsoftware. Things get complicated when Rimi Sen, Paresh Rawal's house in search of work goes and meets Akshaye Khanna, who falls in love with her thinking is the daughter of Paresh Rawal. Paresh Rawal's wife believed to have a relationship with Rimi Sen and Paresh Rawal thinks his wife while having an affair with Akshaye Khanna, Rimi Sen and his debt with the same name. Then, in Shakti Kapoor (Tejabhai Kacharava aka Seth) arrives, whose daughter falls in love with a man who pretends to be PareshRawal's son and soon everything gets out of control
